Every Cineville cinema in the Netherlands: 82 screens in 47 cities

Cineville is a monthly pass. You pay one subscription and walk into any affiliated cinema as often as you like. In a country where a single ticket runs to around €12, that arithmetic works out after roughly two films a month.

The pass covers 82 venues across 47 cities. Most are independent film houses rather than multiplexes, which is the point: the programming leans arthouse, repertory, and documentary, and the same pass gets you into a restored classic and a new release in the same week.

Why it matters for a physical media collector

Seeing a film projected and owning it on disc are not competing habits. They feed each other. The repertory programme at a place like Eye or LantarenVenster is where you find the restoration you then want on your shelf, and Dutch film houses programme far more catalogue cinema than any streaming service surfaces.

Amsterdam has the densest cluster, with more than fifteen venues inside the city. But the network reaches well beyond the Randstad, into Enschede, Maastricht, Leeuwarden, and Zierikzee.
