Submit a work
If you are holding something and want it to find the right room, tell the desk what it is. Every submission gets read and every submission gets an answer, including the ones that are a no.
How it works
- 1You send what you know. A title and a photograph is enough to start, and the desk will ask for the rest if it needs it.
- 2The desk decides whether it can sell the work, and says so plainly. This usually takes a few days.
- 3If it is a yes, someone sees the work in person, agrees a price range and the terms with you in writing, and only then does it get photographed, catalogued and published.
- 4It sells at the asking price, on an offer you accept, or against another object. You are told before anything is agreed.
If you are buying instead
Purchases are arranged by the desk rather than run through a basket, so that crating, insurance and shipping are quoted for the actual object rather than guessed at. Use the form on any work, or write from here and say which one.
The consignment form is closed. Write to the gallery instead.
